I’ve coordinated, collaborated, and coauthored over 100 distinct processes for NCEI. Leading a team specifically tasked to analyze NCEI’s business processes, I lead the creation of a procedure style guide, introduced a Jira project to manage the annual review of all of the processes, and throughout the year coordinated the review of all procedures and sought out efficiencies and performed gap analyses for the entire portfolio.
