I have been part of Agile project management at NCEI since its introduction in the early 2010s.
Agile: 2020s
NCEI software and data development workflows were heavily siloed before my team was brought in to improve our effectiveness and cooperation.
Agile into the Future
In 2022, I was part of a leadership team that added Scaled Agile Framework, and in 2023, I championed the effort to bring in Atlassian’s Portfolio to help coordinate all of the work of the eight distinct software and data development teams.
